Minutes of an Extra-ordinary Meeting of Deighton Parish Council held online via

Zoom Video Conferencing on Monday 25th January 2021 at 7.30pm.

21028 Welcome & Apologies:

The Chairman welcomed Councillors to the meeting.

All Councillors were in attendance and this was noted for the attendance record.

Present:  Cllrs Hardcastle (Chair), Brack, Fletcher, Chambers, Henshall

21029 Declarations of Interest:

No declarations were made.

21030  Budget 2021/22

A draft budget had been circulated to all Councillors in advance of the meeting.  After discussion the budget was unanimously accepted.

21031 Precept 2021/22

            After full discussion it was resolved to set the precept at £4,930 which included a support grant of £103 as advised by CYC. 

21032  Appointment of Internal Auditor for 2020/21

It was agreed to appoint YLCA to carry out the audit.

            There being no further business the Chairman closed the meeting at 19.59.
